Handmade Nature of Products
All press-on nails are handmade and may have slight variations in color, design, or size. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
Sizing & Fit
Each set is made to fit the sizes you provide. Customers may size their nails using our measuring diagram or the quarter technique example shown. Please double-check your measurements before ordering, as Kitty Claws Boutique cannot be responsible for incorrect sizes provided.

Processing & Shipping
Every set is carefully handmade just for you, so processing times may vary depending on the design and order volume. Any timeframes shared are estimates, as we want to ensure your nails receive the attention to detail they deserve.
Once shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the postal service, and while delays are rare, they can sometimes happen.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout; accuracy of this information is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Orders
Custom designs must be approved before production. Full payment is required before work begins on custom sets. We reserve the right to decline custom requests that are outside our scope.
Intellectual Property
All product photos, descriptions, branding, and original nail designs featured on this website are the property of Kitty Claws Boutique. These may not be copied, resold, or used without permission.
Some nail sets may be inspired by popular styles, trends, or publicly available reference images. While inspiration may come from outside sources, each set is handmade by Kitty Claws Boutique and presented through our own creative work and photography.
Care & Responsibility
Our press-on nails are designed for cosmetic use and to be enjoyed safely. To keep your natural nails healthy and beautiful, please follow our care and application instructions.
Because everyone’s nails and skin are different, Kitty Claws Boutique is not responsible for damage to natural nails, skin or health issues caused by misuse, allergic reactions, or improper application/removal. Please follow the care and application instructions.

Customer information is used only for order processing and customer service. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

For hygienic reasons, and due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Your nails are wrapped with care before they ship. If an error ever happens with your order, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to fix it. Please understand we are not liable for damages caused by shipping carriers.
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, a cancellation fee will apply, as time and materials may have already been used to begin creating your set.
